CWS is another highly specialized unit within CMAC that plays a crucial role in the demining operations in the Kingdom of Cambodia. It was established at the inception of demining activities to ensure the quality and condition of CMAC vehicles, and mechanical demining machines, and conduct necessary repairs. Without the support of CWS, demining work would not be possible.
In addition to the completed tasks thereof, the workshop's skilled repair experts also provided valuable guidance to operators on how to use and maintain the vehicles and mechanical demining machines in optimal condition.
In 2023, CWS repaired 188 vehicles including cars and heavy trucks, and serviced a total of 346 cars , 80 trucks.
In 2023, CWS provided exceptional repair services for 64 demining machines, and serviced 68 demining machines.
